Although we are able to perceive it, light travels at the speed of light. Consequently the effect of this attribute makes light omni present in various time configurations. When we look at the universe, we see light coming from far distant regions, and in effect looking back in time. So light exist in various parts of time... If "light" is able to move objects, in effect it has become "something" other than LIGHT... It is my understanding that Light is not part of the physical universe.
